• Guidance on Swiss residency permits and tax planning
• Introductions to our network of vetted Swiss partners
• Ongoing support throughout your relocation journey

3. Advisory Nature of Services

Our services are advisory in nature. While we provide guidance and recommendations based on our experience, we are not licensed lawyers, tax advisors, or regulated financial advisors. We connect you with qualified professionals for specific legal, tax, and regulatory matters.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are fully refundable
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled to a more convenient time
• No-shows forfeit the consultation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund if we cannot accommodate your needs

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
• Respond to reasonable requests for documentation in a timely manner
• Make your own informed decisions based on our guidance and partner advice
• Comply with all applicable Swiss and home country laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

Summited provides advisory services in good faith based on our experience and network. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as permit approvals or tax arrangements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

All content on summited.ch, including text, graphics, logos, and reports provided to you, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may use materials provided for your personal relocation purposes only.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during consultations as confidential. We will only share information with partners with your explicit consent and as necessary to provide our services.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
